CONSTRUCTION:

  • Suitable for all laboratory application include pysio-chemical and botanical experiments, specific gravity determination and conductivity test.
  • Double walled, internal chamber made of Stainless Steel 304 Qlty.
  • External mild Steel and painted in Epoxy Powder Coating.
  • 25mm mineral wool insulation on sides and bottom.
  • With perforated and removable diffuser shelf and brass drain plug.
  • Glass window of Size: 230 x 130mm is also provided on the front.

TEMPERATURE:

  • Temp. Range from 10ºC above ambient to 100ºC
  • Temp. Controlled by a Microprocessor based controller Digital LED display of temperature with set value & Process value cum Indicator. 100°C ± 0.5°C.
  • With three heater of 750W, 250W & 125W with separate ON-OFF Rotary Switch.
  • Stirrer with 1/20 H.P. High Speed motor with stainless steel stirring rod with blade provides with speed controller.
  • To work on 220/230V AC only.

  • Alarm: It is possible to provide electronic alarm if, temperature deviates more than ± 1°C. to cost extra
  • If required temperature can be control with accuracy of ± 0.1°C by fitting Microprocessed PID Controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak profile having set mode, alarm parameter, configuration parameter, profile parameter, set point profile, PV error indicator, parameter for locking etc to cost extra.
  • Test tube rack for holding 24 nos tube. (dia test tube 25mm) to cost extra.
