Post: Production Manager
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep knowledge in sheet metal working.
Responsibilities: Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadline Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of medical & Laboratory Equipment Industry.
- Generating leads.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.sc, business, marketing or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Knowledge: Word, Excel, E-tenders is plus point.
