NSW INDIA Humidity Controlled Cabinet is an enclosure with a supply of desiccant which maintains an internal environment of 0%-50% RH. Desiccant dry cabinets are also called: desiccators, dry boxes, dehumidifying cabinets, and ultra-low humidity storage cabinets.

DESCRIPTION

DOORS

6 doors on front side

Doors shall be fitted with rugged handles with keys.

Doors have heavy duty reliable hinges.

It shall be possible to lock each door independently

NO. OF SHELVES

shall be 5 Nos of adjustable stainless-steel shelves

SHELF ARRANGEMENT

There shall not be any horizontal/vertical separators inside the chamber other than adjustable shelves. It shall be possible to load the chamber with any item of height less than the maximum height of the chamber (i.e.

SHELF TYPE

Shelves shall be movable with adjustable clamp in order to adjust vertical position Effective Air Circulation Shelves shall be perforated design with small vent holes for effective air circulation inside the cabinet

SHELF COVERAGE

Shelves shall be cover the breadth & depth of cabinet so that stored items shall not fall from rack

WRIST STRAP

ESD wrist strap connection preferred in front of the cabinet. Wrist strap shall be supplied with each item

GROUNDING

Grounding line shall be provided at the back of cabinet to properly ground the same

DOORS AND KEYS:

Shall be independent doors and independent lock for each shelf

CONTINUOUS DEHUMIDIFICATION:

Shall be Electric Dry units along with one control box to be present inside cabinet so that moisture is absorbed at all times.

SPEEDY DEHUMIDIFICATION:

The humidity level control Shall be by means of drying agents. The drying agent Shall be recycling for 1 hour in every 6 hours. Drying agent should not require any maintenance.

WHEELS

4 Nos of ESD safe heavy duty large size castor wheels capable of supporting minimum 700kg and with locking provision shall be there for easy movement of the chamber
