Heating elements made of Kanthal wire special high temperature alloy to ensure uniform distribution of heat.To work on 220/230 volt A. C.

NSW - 102 INDUSTRIAL FURNACE (Grooved Type)

Working Temp. 1000ºC inside chamber is made of grooved refractory for supporting the heating element on four sides. Outer body is made of thick mild steel duly painted in epoxy powder coating. Heating element made of Kanthal wire and easily replaceable. Thermocouple, copper thermal fuse. To work on 200/220 V or 400/440 Volt A. C. only.

NSW - 103 HIGH TEMPERATURE FURNACE 1200°C

The furnace is insulated with ceramic fiber blanket of high density for better insulation. The furnace can run continuously at 1150 deg.. C. trouble free, The furnace is quick heating type, light in weight, table mounting type, compact elegent in design outer painted in epoxy powder coating.

The hinged type swing door insulated with ceramic fibre to avoid heat losses from the door. The furnace is fitted with digital Temperature controller cum indicator to avoid over heating for long life and trouble free working. The panel is fitted at the top of the furnace.
